Return Policy / Refund Policy
Due to the nature of these items, All sales are Final. If there is a need for a return, there may be a Return Fee of up to 20% to handle shipping costs, inspections, and transaction fees. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging (undamaged). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and order number. You cannot initiate a return if you simply "Do Not Like It" or if it doesn't fit, too big or small, caused a rash, etc...
To start a return or replacement, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Send images of your issue with a detailed explanation, contact information, and things you've attempted to resolve the issue.
If your return or replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted OR refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Only then we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you break your item during use or assembly, this is not considered a resolvable issue (accidental or not!).
Many of our products have a warranty from the manufacturer, a few simple steps and you may be eligible for a free replacement. (terms and conditions apply, as they have their own rules.)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like used products, or products that were stolen or never arrived (open a dispute with the shipping company; Adult Enterprise is not liable), and/or goods that were received more than 3 days of the delivery date. Note: Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We may be able to resolve any issue with your toy with a few instructions.
Refunds are not guaranteed and rarely happen in the adult toy industry. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved by meeting all of our standards, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Note: you may not be charged the full Return Fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card company to process and post your refund too. (Anywhere from 2 to 7 days after the refund is initiated.)
